1Why did you join Berkeley?

Prior to joining Berkeley, I spent 10 years working in the financial services sector. Once I made the move into consulting, my focus has largely been on supporting program recovery and remediation – largely within the insurance and wealth and asset management sectors. Berkeley is great as I get to work on such a range of projects within different sectors and services too.

2What’s the most surprising thing you learned at Berkeley?

Over my career, I’ve been able to see first hand how culture plays a big part in what it feels like to work somewhere. Berkeley feels quite different to anywhere I’ve been in the past. It’s flat hierarchy and open-mindedness is really refreshing. This leads to a workplace with a great balance between challenge and support. Working here gives me time to focus exclusively on getting the best outcomes for my client – on whatever challenges they are facing into.

3What might people be interested in knowing about you?

My wife and I have recently welcomed our son to the world! He’s definitely keeping us on our toes. When I’m not working or looking after him – I’m playing hockey for my local club or cooking up a storm in the kitchen at home.
