1 Why did you join Berkeley?
I wanted to be part of a business that approaches work differently - where people are trusted, supported and encouraged to bring ideas forward. Berkeley’s reputation for working openly and alongside their clients, rather than at a distance directing them, really resonated with me. I enjoy the collaborative culture here and contributing to impactful work.
2 What types of work projects excite you the most?
I’m energized by work that brings our strategy to life with creativity and clear communication - whether that’s developing campaigns and narratives around emerging themes or designing client‑focused programs that generate engagement and momentum.
I’m especially motivated by projects that involve thoughtful problem‑solving, collaboration across different parts of the business, and the opportunity to craft a compelling story.
3 Why did you choose your career?
I discovered my career in business development and marketing almost by accident, after a chance encounter with an inspiring Head of Digital Marketing. What drew me in was the ability to combine strategy, creativity and commercial impact to help bring a business’s vision to life. I have discovered that BD and marketing are fundamental to the success of any forward-thinking organization, and when done well, it supports growth, builds reputation and ensure a firm’s ideas and expertise are clearly and confidently communicated to the market.
I’m driven by working with ambitious people to turn ideas into meaningful outcomes. That blend of collaboration, creativity and impact is what continues to motivate me.
