1 Why did you join Berkeley?

I joined Berkeley because it offered the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact engagements while continuing to develop as a well-rounded transformation professional. The breadth of work - across industries and from strategy through to delivery - was a major draw, allowing me to stretch myself without becoming overly specialized.

What really set Berkeley apart, though, was the culture. People genuinely care - about their work, their clients, and each other. There’s a strong sense of trust, support, and shared ambition. The chance to learn directly from partners who are still hands-on in delivery was a huge plus. Their insights are grounded in real client context, which makes the work both practical and impactful. It’s an environment where I felt I could do meaningful work, grow professionally, and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering lasting value. 

2What types of engagements excite you the most? 

The types of engagements that excite me the most are those that focus on data-driven transformation. I’m passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic change, improve decision-making, and enhance business performance. Whether it's implementing data analytics solutions, refining processes through data insights, or helping organizations harness the power of data to optimise operations, I find these types of projects particularly rewarding.

Data-driven transformation has the potential to create measurable, tangible impact. I enjoy working on initiatives that not only deliver actionable insights but also enable teams to make informed decisions that can lead to significant operational improvements, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences. The challenge of integrating new technologies, building data-driven strategies, and influencing a shift towards a more data-centric culture is something I find both stimulating and fulfilling. 

3What are you passionate about in life? 

Travel! I love seeing the world, experiencing different cultures, and, most importantly, trying every local dish I can get my hands on. There’s something exciting about stepping into a new place, not knowing exactly what to expect, and coming away with unforgettable experiences (and a suitcase full of souvenirs that will inevitably clutter my house).

I also love the planning side of travel - turning chaos into the perfect itinerary. Researching hidden gems, mapping out sightseeing routes, and making sure there’s enough time to get lost in a city’s charm is all part of the fun. Some people find joy in spontaneity - I find it in a well-structured Google Sheet.
