Berkeley invests in US growth with strategic partner moves

New York hub to lead client service expansion with two partners transferred to the firm’s US office

The Berkeley Partnership has strengthened its New York-based operations with the transfer of two partners, Richard Marsden and Anne-Lise Antolinos, as the firm continues to invest in US growth.

The moves reflect the firm’s commitment to meet growing client demand in the US across various sectors, including healthcare, media and entertainment, consumer products, financial services, retail, transportation, and ESG and sustainability. Both partners have expertise in leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes and will continue to work with clients in a hands-on capacity.

Richard Marsden said, “Ever since becoming a partner, my primary goal has been to ensure Berkeley’s long-term success. In recent years, US growth has become a strategic priority for the firm and I’m delighted to take a hands-on role in achieving our aspirations.

“Berkeley’s success has always been defined by achieving our clients’ desired outcomes. I look forward to continuing to help both long-standing and new clients to reach their transformation goals.”

Anne-Lise Antolinos said, “Our US client work includes some of the most complex and challenging transformation agendas that organisations can face. I want clients to feel they can continue turning to Berkeley as trusted partners to help turn their ambitions into long-lasting outcomes.

“Within the firm itself, our progress on diversity, equity and inclusion remains a key priority of mine, including the work of the Women@Berkeley Network. I’m keen to continue building on the achievements we’ve made, ensuring our New York hub enables all our people to reach their full potential.”
