1 Why did you join Berkeley?
I got into consulting because I loved the variety - getting to work on different projects, solve new problems, and keep learning. But as I moved forward in my career, I noticed those opportunities for variety were getting harder to come by. When I spoke to Berkeley, it was clear that wouldn't be an issue here. Not only would I get to keep that variety, but it would be genuinely encouraged, all while having the support I need to keep growing.
2What core value or approach do you use to help clients achieve their aspirations?
For me, it all comes down to understanding - really getting into the client’s world. That means not just knowing what they want to achieve, but also why it matters to them. It’s about digging into their context and understanding the individual goals alongside the big picture. When you do that, you’re not just a consultant - you’re part of their team, working together to make it happen.
3What are your goals and aspirations?
My main goal is to build a career that’s both challenging and fulfilling - one where I’m constantly learning, making an impact, and taking on work that genuinely matters. But just as important is having a balanced personal life. I want to keep exploring new countries, spending quality time with friends, and staying active with sports. For me, it’s all about having a career I love without losing sight of the things that make life fun and meaningful.
