1 Why did you join Berkeley?
I joined Berkeley to be part of a team that works with some of the most iconic clients on their most ambitious programs. It’s amazing to see the legacy of work Berkeley has delivered across the UK and US, which really reflects the calibre of people here and their passion for making a genuine impact. I was drawn to that mix of purpose and ambition, being surrounded by people who care deeply about what they do and are driven to deliver work that really matters.
2What's been your favourite piece of work and why?
My favourite piece of work was being part of a large digital transformation for a high street pharmacy chain. It was such an ambitious program and really game changing for the business, which made it so exciting to be involved in. I had a few different roles during my time on it, starting with leading product definition which meant designing a new set of features to make the most of new technology and improve the customer journey. Later, I moved on to leading the implementation of the new customer experience across web and app. It was amazing to see something go from an idea to a live, tangible product and to know it was making a real difference for customers and the business.
3What are your values and how have they informed your career?
For me, it always comes back to doing the right thing, working with great people, and making a real difference. I really care about acting with integrity and making sure the work I do genuinely benefits clients and the people around me. I also value collaboration and kindness, because when people feel supported and included, they do their best work. Those values have shaped every step of my career, from the kind of projects I take on to the way I work with teams and clients. The moments I am most proud of are always the ones where we have pulled together, done the right thing, and created something we can all feel good about.
